Departing Housekeeping 200.00.                     $500.00 Security Deposit is required.

We request 25% of the total amount of the booking as a deposit within 7 days to confirm. The remaining balance is due 90 days prior to arrival. Cancellation must also be done by 90 days prior to arrival which is subject to a 50.00 processing fee, cancellation after 90 days can only be refunded if the same time period can be re-reserved by another guest.
